Using LunWise
How do I log my period?
On the Today screen, tap Log period start. When it ends, tap End period. You can also log flow on any day from the Log screen, and LunWise keeps your period dates in sync.
Why does my prediction show a confidence level?
Because cycles vary. LunWise shows high, medium or low confidence based on how much your recent cycles have varied, and gets more precise as you log, especially once ovulation is confirmed.
How do I confirm ovulation?
Log LH test results or your waking temperature on the Log screen, or import temperatures from a thermometer app or wearable in Settings. LunWise detects ovulation automatically.
How do I get reminders on my phone?
Add LunWise to your Home Screen (Settings shows how), open it from there, and turn on notifications in Settings. You can choose push or email for each reminder.
How do I create a report for my doctor?
Go to Settings and tap Doctor report, or open it from Insights. Choose a date range, then print it or save it as a PDF.

I forgot my password
Use the Forgot password link on the log-in page. We'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I switch between monthly and yearly?
In Settings, tap Change plan, card or invoices. Your new plan starts at your next renewal.
How do I export or delete my data?
In Settings, under Your data, download everything as JSON or CSV. Delete account permanently erases your account and logs.
About LunWise
How is LunWise different from other period trackers?
LunWise is built for real cycles, including irregular ones. Recent cycles count most, every prediction shows how confident it is, you can confirm ovulation with LH tests or temperature, and an accuracy scorecard shows how close predictions have been for you.
How much does LunWise cost?
LunWise starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. After that it's $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
How do I cancel?
In one tap from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, or your trial, and you won't be charged again. We email you before a trial converts to a paid plan.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell or share your health data, there are no ad trackers in the app, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
Does LunWise work with PCOS or perimenopause?
Yes. Dedicated modes for PCOS, perimenopause, after pregnancy and coming off the pill weight your recent cycles more and keep date ranges honest.
Is there an app?
LunWise works in any browser and installs to your phone's Home Screen like an app, with reminders. On iPhone, open lunwise.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Can I use LunWise as birth control?
No. LunWise gives estimates for awareness. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and must not be used as contraception.
