What we collect
Your email, a hashed password, your onboarding answers, and what you choose to log: period dates, flow, symptoms, mood, energy, ovulation tests, temperatures and notes. Your time zone, so reminders arrive at the right local time. If you turn on notifications, a push address for each device.
How we use it
Only to run LunWise for you: predictions, your personalized plan, insights, reminders and billing.
What we never do
We don't sell or share your health data, use it for advertising, or include ad or analytics trackers in the app. We only disclose data where the law compels us to, and we'll tell you when we're allowed to.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run LunWise, each only for its stated purpose: Cloudflare (hosting and network), our database host (storage, encrypted at rest), Stripe (payments; we never see or store your card number), Resend (email delivery) and your device's push service from Apple, Google or Mozilla (notifications). Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Your controls
Export everything from Settings as JSON or CSV at any time. Deleting your account permanently erases your account and logs from our database straight away. Discreet notifications keep cycle details off your lock screen and out of email subject lines.
